That mix means receptions in restored downtown buildings, campus events, and barn weddings on the farm roads that run out toward Clarkson and Sweden. Downtown buildings are old, and some rooms sit up a flight of stairs, so we ask about elevators and back entrances early. Out in the country, we bring boards for soft ground between the van and the barn door. Brockport is about 12 miles west of our base in Greece, and you won't see a travel charge.

Can you do a SUNY Brockport campus or alumni event?
Yes. Campus buildings usually have elevators and loading areas, which makes setup simple. Tell us the building and the entrance, and ask your organizer whether the college needs any vendor paperwork ahead of time.
Our reception is in an upstairs room downtown. Will that work?
Only if there's an elevator or a ramp. The booth is heavy and we don't carry it up stairs. Many older downtown buildings have a freight or back elevator, so ask your venue, or let us ask for you.
Do guests get prints right away?
Yes. Every session prints a 2x6 strip in the booth within seconds, and our attendant keeps the printer stocked all evening. Guests leave with something to stick on the fridge.
