That's close enough that there's no travel charge, even though you're over the Genesee County line. Parties out here happen in barns, backyard tents, fire halls, and church halls. Barns are the one to plan around. Many have gravel or dirt floors, and the booth needs a hard, level surface, so we'll ask about plywood or a floor section early. Give us one outlet within 25 feet and a 32 inch doorway, and the rest is on us.

We're having a barn reception on a family farm. Will the booth work?
Usually, yes. The booth needs a hard, level floor, a doorway at least 32 inches wide, and one outlet within 25 feet. If the barn floor is dirt or loose gravel, a few sheets of plywood under the booth solve it.
Can we set it up outside under our tent?
Yes, as long as the tent covers it and it sits on something hard and level, like a deck, patio, or tent flooring. Open grass isn't level enough for the booth. We'll look at photos of the spot before the day.
